Cory Colvard, MEd, CSCS, joined TCO in May of 2019. A former athlete at Gustavus Adolphus College, Cory found a passion in training and developing athletes while obtaining his BA in Exercise Physiology. Fueled by this passion, he continued his education at the University of Minnesota where he obtained a MEd in Applied Kinesiology specialized in Sport & Exercise Science. Cory brings sports performance coaching experience from both the University of Minnesota and the University of Illinois, where he trained athletes across all sports. He has also provided private training for high school, collegiate and professional athletes to perfect their training technique, enhance recovery, and maximize athletic ability for sport performance.
Cory looks forward to training athletes of all sports and ages utilizing current training methods designed to maximize athletic output and reduce the potential for injury.
When not training athletes, Cory enjoys exploring everything Minnesota has to offer with his wife, Kaela.
Cory provides sports performance training at Training HAUS – Woodbury, located within TCO Woodbury, as well as East Ridge High School.
