Class Descriptions

TCO Boot Camp

This 45-minute full-body workout will target all the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body to improve muscle tone, muscle endurance, cardio stamina, and core strength. Circuit and tempo-style training will be used with a variety of different exercises like functional body weight training, resistance training, plyometrics, combo lifting, cardio and much more. This class is open to all fitness levels with the ability to customize. So come and enjoy a great way to keep the calorie burn going after the workout is over.

*Bring a water bottle and a small towel.

TCO Body Burn

Strengthen and tone from head to toe using your own body weight and resistance band training. During this 60-minute workout you will build strength in your core and total upper and lower body by burning out each muscle group to the max! With small bursts of cardio throughout, it will leave you feeling energized and strong. Come feel the burn, burn off calories and have fun doing it!

TCO Sculpt & Stretch

Sculpt, strengthen and stretch in this enlightening and energizing 60-minute full-body workout. The exercises in this class target both large and small muscle groups, while focusing on core strength and balance. A ballet barre is used throughout the class to provide exercises for muscular endurance, stability and flexibility. This class is based on form, not technique, so dance experience is NOT required. Come join this athletic-based barre class, sculpt your body and have fun doing it!

TCO Pilates Mat

Pilates Mat class is a full-body workout focused on the Pilates principles of concentration, centering, control, precision, breath and flow. Exercises (developed by Joseph Pilates) are focused and sequenced to provide a profound challenge to the core, and multidirectional movements that strengthen and stretch, resulting in uniform strength, correcting alignment and improving posture. Props can be incorporated into class (overballs, therabands, hand weights). Everyone can benefit from Pilates - you will leave class feeling taller, rejuvenated and ready to take on the day!

TCO Yoga Flow

An introduction to power yoga designed to build strength, increase your flexibility, and calm your mind. A challenging sequence of postures are broken down to deepen your practice while flowing through a vinyasa-style yoga connecting both breath and body movement. Yoga Flow is a 60-minute class with music that will re-energize and reconnect your mind and body.

*Bring a mat, towel, and water (a limited number of mats will be available for use).

TCO Back to Basics

This low-impact strength and conditioning class will incorporate exercises that focus on the lower body and core strengthening, along with balance and flexibility (primarily in the standing position). Modifications will be made for those who need them! This class is geared for those who have undergone previous surgeries, including total knee and total hip replacements, prior injuries, pre-op individuals or those just looking for a low-impact standing exercise routine in a group setting.
