Kiersten Bredeson, EP-C joined Twin Cities Orthopedics in August of 2019 as a personal trainer. She received her degree in Exercise Physiology from Gustavus Adolphus College where she developed a passion for helping others improve their well being, and gain the knowledge of the science behind fitness. She has previous experience as a personal trainer, where she worked one-on-one with clients and personalized each session. Kiersten understands each client is unique, and has their own fitness goals. She has a broad range of interest and has trained a variety of different populations. Continuing to learn in her field and provide motivation to her clients is something she strives for each day.
